Thanks, Nikolaj.

Congrats, Christoph. 0.99 is not possible for me, but 1.70 would be nice as well Smiley

Yeah, 1.67 is nice I don't think I'll beat that. I'll have only Saturday evening to play (if at all) and I can't see me doint well then.
The board is quite large but still it's only 10 squares to flag. If they are arranged really nice a sub1 must be possible. Well, not a really low one since it's just too unlikely that one can bureforce it - the board is just too big for giving a chance to detect a fast board with high enough probability - I mean, how big can the probability for one out of 254 billion rise?

However, someghing way more important: On Damiens Guestbook we came to the conclusion that we're not entirely sure whether it's your 30th or your 29th birthday. I thought it was your 30th, since I was sure you were 26 when we met 3 years ago in February but then my mobile phone claimed you were born in 78...?

I looked at Stephan's forum profile and there is 30  Grin

Very nice time Stephan, I don't think I'll break the 2s barrier... I will play only on Friday so it's highly unlikely  Wink

@Christoph: Seems that I have to watch Damien's guestbook, right? Of course, my year of birth is 1977, so I turned 30 yesterday Cry
Could have been easily found out at http://www.solitaire-ranking.de.vu by clicking my Who's Who profile Smiley

Yes, it worked: I won a tournament with a time submitted on my birthday!  Shocked

Season 16
Tournament 6 of 8
2007-06-03 - 2007-06-09
Grid: 6 x 6     Mines: 10

Division 1
1 Stephan Bechtel 1.67 sec 2007-06-05 8 pts
2 hexx 1.71 sec 2007-06-09 6 pts
3 Maruda 1.82 sec 2007-06-03 5 pts
4 Christoph 2.07 sec 2007-06-03 4 pts
5 Nikolaj 2.22 sec 2007-06-06 3 pts
6 Qetuth 2.23 sec 2007-06-03 2 pts
7 Luca Vezzoni 2.51 sec 2007-06-04 1 pt
8 Caren 2.57 sec 2007-06-04 -

Just curious: Has anybody else managed the same?
Alternatively, it's also remarkable to win a tournament that takes place in the week of the player's birthday.

Well done Stephan!!

At least I didn't manage to win a tounry on my birthday - meanwhile, I really should have done (!) when this stupid smiley misclick kept me away from a sub4, however, you would have won it anyway, well you won it anyway  Wink

Gabi had a wrist operation last week, so she sweeps lefthanded right now.
Thinking of that I'm really amazed by the 26 she got on this tourny.

There are some problems with the webspace provider. Seems that some scripts aren't working correctly. Yariv is working on it.

But don't hesitate to upload nonetheless, your scores should be registered anyway!

Oh good, the forums are working!!!

It's been a lot of work to shift things and I still haven't got MM done yet.
Nonosweeper now seems to be working mostly OK, except for the automatic e-mails. The new host seems not to allow e-mails from sendmail, but I've sent them a query about it. I expect something can be worked out for this eventually...

I've just changed the current tournament to finish on the correct day, thanks to Stephan for pointing that out.

I checked the link with Alliska's score, but it seems that it was made with Maruda's account code, so it was ignored because Maruda's time was already better. Is that a possibility at your end?

Congratulations on turning 30 in June Stephan, that makes you older than me as I turned 30 last month! Wink

I probably won't read the forums often so please send me e-mail if you find other broken stuff on the sites! Roll Eyes

Thanks Yariv for fixing nono sites! It's a good feeling to play tournaments again.

Don't remind me on my birthday. Vienna 2007 showed me that I'm really old but still playing those silly games Wink

By the way: I had to Grin about "Is that a possibility at your end?" - it seems that your intensive contact with helpdesk and hotlines let you adapt their language, didn't it?
