after 64*5 (64.81, 64.43, 64.75 within 25 minutes today) i got a 57 in the last game i intended to play in this session - i would have played another 2 hours later if needed.

Database seems to cause problems again .
I've already mailed to Yariv - hopefully, he can fix the problems with S41, so that T8 can be played as planned, and promotions can be done afterwards.

If things continue the way they are, there could be 4 people within 2 points of second place in D2 going into the last tourney.  I'm hopping for a hexx style board next week. 

Well, well, I've no more time for sweeping this week. But probably I wouldn't get that 5 I needed for promoting anyway. Missing two Ts completely and not really playing a third one was too much of a deficit. Especially if only 6 players are active and everybody gets two extra points for free even in the bad weeks...
But that's not, what annoys me about this season (I didn't really attempt to promote). Really annoying are T5 and T6 which I both should have won but... well, Maruda and qqwref back in good shape... grats.

Very good job, qqwref! 5.84 is the all-time record for 40x25/988 which is quite impressive on a board that has been played for the 6th time in Ts .

Yeah - in fact, having two tournaments in a row won by someone not in D1 was only done once before (in season 39, by Harryck and me).

I looked some stuff up and here are the people who've won the most tournaments from below D1. Almost all of these wins were from D2.
- Harryck Repse won 5 times (S29 from D2, S31 from D4 , S38 from D3 , S39 twice from D2)
- qqwref won 4 times (S39 from D2, S42 three times from D2)
- Gabi won twice (S41 twice from D2)
- Gero Waelz won once (S10 from D2, first time this happened)
- Qetuth won once (S19 from D2)
- Christoph won once (S32 from D2)
- chessgod101 won once (S37 from D?, this was removed later)

The 12.40 on this week's board was a jump by almost a second - I had at least 6 13s, with a best time 13.35, before getting it. I was happy to get under 12.5 since that was my goal (2 squares per sec).
