I just got 254 in expert level (finally trying to go fast in expert), and I submitted my score... A message popped up saying that my score couldn't be submitted, what do I do now ????

This happens occasionally when part of the site (ie, the database) is down. It used to happen a fair bit but I haven't seen it in ages. One thing to do is to save the url in a txt file or something and copy it back into the browser later. Another thing, if you have a tabbed browser, is just to leave that tab there, and tell it to refresh later (which is what I do).

Sometimes, the time is actually submitted but it can't load the resulting page. In that case, all you get is a time already exists message when you resubmit later, which doesn't hurt.

Well, the 254 doesn't matter because I just got 251  ;D!
